2010 Husqvarna WR300, road legal enduro. WR 300

2010 Husqvarna WR300. Used but in good condition. Purchased and registered in 2009, beginning of the 2010 model year. Full engine strip, check and rebuild, top and bottom. Nikasil is in excellent condition, well within spec. Three litres of super unleaded 32-1 premix (Motorex Cross Power) on the current rebuild, just about run in. New Wossner piston kit. New con rod. Crank refurbished. Every engine and gearbox bearing replaced. All seals replaced. All new gaskets. New Putoline coolant and oil. NGK iridium plug. Forks stripped, checked and rebuilt. New fluid and SKF (the best) seals. All swingarm, linkage and shock bushes and bearings replaced. Shock was cleaned and refitted. No damage or leaks. IMS oversized tank fitted. Original Husky tank included. FMF Gnarly expansion chamber. Small ding, nothing major. Renthal Intellilevers and clutch perch. Meca'System rad guards. Meca'System bash plate, not fitted. Zip-Ty Shark Fin disc protector with oversized rear Braking rotor. New DID VX X-ring chain. New sprockets front and rear. Standard gearing. New chain rollers. New throttle assembly, OEM. New Renthal grips. New Venhill clutch and throttle cables. Clutch action is light and smooth. New Mikuni idle screw. New Racetech complete plastics kit, including fork guards. New Husqvarna headlight surround. New rear light assembly, LED. New MotoMaster Nitro front disc. New air filter. Decent Maxxis tyres, plenty of life. New mud flap. Spare rear disc, new. Spare rad. Spare Racetech front number board, white. Spare gaskets, almost a full set. Used plastics kit, ok for that time when you stack it and need a replacement rather that wait for a new one. Original expansion chamber. Needs a refurb. Wiring tidied. Lights and kill switch working, horn too, though it's a bit weedy. Brand new seat cover has just been ruined by the rear grab strap.......Well annoying. Rear master cylinder has grown tired. I have a brand new Brembo OEM replacement. Digital clock has given up the ghost. Apparently a common fault as they suffer water ingress. Paint chips and general wear from use. Decent machine. Not mint, obviously. Engine is sound. Suspension is set up too stiff for me. We ran through the sag settings and I would need lighter fork springs, though the rear can be adjusted to suit. Would probably suit a 15st+ rider, or someone fast enough to need such firm suspenders. I was going to sort the entire thing but I need funds for something else and cannot justify keeping it. Has been stored for a while now. V5 (currently SORN) and a complete documented rundown of all recent work carried out at Taffmeisters: Husaberg and European dirtbike specialist. Massive bill (£2k+) so I'm losing hand over fist. Husqvarna workshop manual, full setup and spares manual in clip binders. Robust and plenty quick. One of these took the World 2T MX title in 2010. A rated and reliable enduro and (with some tweaks) MX bike. Would make a hilarious street bike if relaxing the gearing a tad, especially with a supermoto setup. To answer a few of all too common questions: Yes, it does pull power wheelies. It's a road legal enduro race bike, not a moped. No. No I will not swap for a clapped out 125 or take £1500.
